Center of the Plate Specialists - We offer 3 individuals who can help you purchase and market many of the COP options we have. We carry Fresh products in the following COP areas:
SYSCO Brand Specialist - Provides our company support on all SYSCO Brand products and services. Manages the ordering of SYSCO Brandable concepts (Mexican, Italian, Sub shop look, Country breakfast concepts) and aids our sales people with SYSCO Brand information. SYSCO Trainer - We offer training in Serve Safe, Wait Staff Training, and eSYSCO Training. Broker Support Network - We are able to offer support to our customers with the 20 plus brokers that are dedicated to SYSCO East that cover a variety of products. We can help you with finding menu allowances to helping you come up with recipe ideas that have worked for other restaurants located through out the nation. Deli & Bakery Specialists - Staff available to help create, design and consult on your Deli/Bakery needs. |
